The Dale Heritage
In the Yorkshire Dales market town of Masham in 1900 Christopher I'Anson set up in business to provide local farmers with quality feeds. Four generations later, I'Anson Bros Ltd supplies animal feed to customers throughout the UK and beyond.

The family firm has not only moved with the times, but leads the way. Since 1974 they have specialised in the manufacture of cooked cereals and pulses using the micronizing process. Masham Micronized Feeds is now one of the largest, most experienced producers in Europe.
Convinced that the technology could also be applied to health foods, I'Anson Bros founded Dale Country Foods in 1987 at Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, 30 miles from Masham. Their belief has certainly proved well founded.
